Family Biking

Our early riders really enjoy the paved paths at Lakefront Park in downtown Hudson. Families can get some fresh air and enjoy the river view. After a nice ride you have some great options nearby to explore and refuel.

Just to the North of Hudson is the St. Croix River Crossing Loop Trail, a 4.7 mile bi-state trail that includes park facilities, historical and natural markers, and two bridges. Be sure to bring the binoculars to check out some awesome views!

Avid Bikers

Grandview Park is an ideal starting point to see the scenic views around Hudson. On this 62-mile circle tour, bikers will discover six different lakes, a rustic road, and a few challenging hills. From flat roads to rolling hills with just a few steep climbs – this trip is worth the effort.

Staying the weekend in Hudson and interested in a quick trip across the river? Start your journey in downtown Hudson and follow paved paths across the bridge toward Lakeland. Experienced riders can continue to Afton and backtrack to Hudson on paved paths.

Mountain Bikes

It’s a little-known fact that Willow River State Park offers mountain biking on Little Falls Trail. Stunning natural beauty complements the regional favorite, the waterfalls. Make sure to check out the WIKI Mountain Bike Club's trail conditions status. Bring a tent and make it an outdoor weekend!

Interested in moving into mountain biking or fat tire biking? Stop in to see our resident bike expert, Art Doyle of Art Doyle's Spokes & Pedals, and leave with awesome gear and personal trail recommendations.
